Response Times
We are a small editorial team, and we read every message we receive. However, we cannot always respond immediately.
- General enquiries: within 3–5 working days
- Correction requests: within 2 working days
- Advertising enquiries: within 5 working days
- Guest pitches: within 7 working days
If your enquiry is urgent and relates to a published error, please mark your email as “Urgent” in the subject line.

- Help you apply for ECCE, Core Funding, or the National Childcare Scheme
- Provide individual case support or advocacy
- Share unpublished drafts or internal editorial discussions
If you need representation or formal advice, we recommend contacting the relevant body directly. For childcare scheme queries, contact your local County Childcare Committee (CCC) or the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth. For employment matters, contact the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) or your trade union.

Corrections Policy
Accuracy matters to us. If you believe we have published something incorrect, please email us with:

We review all correction requests and will respond within 2 working days. If a correction is warranted, we will update the article and add a visible correction note.
